Shipping Methods
Aeromats.com ships to addresses (No PO boxes) in the contiguous United State (lower 48 states, excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico), and Canada. FedEx and UPS are our primary carriers. Aeromats.com processes orders within 1-3 business days, orders will be delivered within 1-7 days depending on destination and carrier schedule. AGM Group (Aeromats.com, Aeromat® and EcoWise® Fitness Products) cannot be held responsible for lost-stolen packages, delays in shipping due to weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses or missing shipping information.
Shipping and handling charges for your online order will be calculated based on the dimensional weight of the products being shipped.
International Shipping
International Shipping is available to Canada ONLY at this time.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Item must be in resalable condition. Refunds and returns will be issued only under the condition of manufacture defect and proof must be provided. Other return reasons will be accepted within 30 days of purchase and will result in 20% restocking fee. Please contact us via email (info@aeromats.com) to start a return, exchange, or refund.
Please note that AGM Group doesn’t sell through Amazon. The products listed on Amazon are sold through our dealers and distributors. Should there be any issue with returns or exchanges, please contact Amazon to reach those sellers directly. We do NOT have access to any Amazon orders.
Warranty & Liability
Aeromat® and EcoWise® warrants that the products sold by it are free from manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from the date of invoice. Should product(s) show signs of defective workmanship or material prior to the expiration of the 30-day warranty, please email our customer support department at info@aeromats.com to obtain an Exchange Authorization number and detailed exchange instructions. The defective merchandise must be sent to the specific address provided by our customer support representatives for inspection. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the product by Aeromat® and EcoWise®, and any transportation, shipping, and return costs shall be at customer’s expense. This warranty does not extend to any defect or problems caused by the negligence or acts by customers or others, failure to maintain the product in accordance with the instructions furnished by products, unreasonable use, accidents, alterations, or ordinary wear and tear.
Aeromat® and EcoWise® and/or AGM Group will not be responsible or liable for indirect or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to the use of any product, loss of time, inconvenience, or other incidental or consequential damages with respect to persons, business or property, whether as a result of breach of warranty, negligence, or otherwise. Aeromat® and EcoWise® products liability shall be limited solely to the replacement of the goods not meeting the quality and specifications warranted.
